• Full Time, long term basis

They achieve well in most areas of learning and increasing numbers achieve a good level of development at the end of the Reception year.

You will be working across both the Nursery & Reception classes and will be based both in and outside of the classroom. You will also be promoting learning through play & child led learning, but also utilising/creating Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths sessions.

The Head Teacher is eager to find an individual with a genuine passion towards Early Years. The perfect graduate would be hardworking, ambitious, creative and a real team player.

Requirements:

• Have at least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
• Phonics experience
• Exhibit excellent practice to inspire and motivate children
• Effective organisational skills to meet deadlines
• Good communication and sound interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents
• Show a commitment to professional development and reflective practice
• Demonstrate confidence and flexibility
