EYFS Teaching Assistant – Part-Time (3 Days/Week) – Thornton
Start Date: 2nd June 2025
Location: Thornton
Working Days: 3 days per week (days to be confirmed)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Ongoing (with potential for extension)
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Thornton, currently seeking a committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from Monday, 2nd June.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting early learning and development. You will be working alongside experienced staff to help create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or reception class)

Be confident supporting the delivery of the EYFS framework
-
Be proactive, patient, and enthusiastic about early education
-
Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child development
-
Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
