Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant – September Start | Black Country

Location: Various Primary Schools Across the Black Country
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Role Type: EYFS Teaching Assistant | Early Years Practitioner | Level 3 TA
Salary: Competitive Daily Rates (£90–£100 per day, DOE)

We're a trusted and experienced education recruitment agency, proudly partnering with multiple OFSTED-rated “Good” and “Outstanding” schools across Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Sandwell, seeking dynamic and committed Early Years TAs to join their teams for the 2025/2026 academic year.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily EYFS activities and classroom management

  • Delivering focused interventions in phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy

  • Promoting a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

  • Assisting with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs or EAL

  • Liaising effectively with staff, parents/carers, and external professionals


✅ Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Education (or equivalent)

  • Recent experience supporting EYFS/Foundation Stage pupils

  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework (EYFS)

  • A positive, proactive, and child-centered approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, term time only, from September 2025
