Salary: Competitive Daily Rates (£90–£100 per day, DOE)

We're a trusted and experienced education recruitment agency, proudly partnering with multiple OFSTED-rated “Good” and “Outstanding” schools across Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and Sandwell, seeking dynamic and committed Early Years TAs to join their teams for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supporting the class teacher with daily EYFS activities and classroom management
-
Delivering focused interventions in phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy
-
Promoting a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
-
Assisting with observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework
-
Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs or EAL
-
Liaising effectively with staff, parents/carers, and external professionals
✅ Essential Requirements:
-
Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Education (or equivalent)
-
Recent experience supporting EYFS/Foundation Stage pupils
-
Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework (EYFS)
-
A positive, proactive, and child-centered approach
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

Availability to work Monday to Friday, term time only, from September 2025
