EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant

EYFS Level 3 required for immediate start.

Qualified or equivalent Early Years practitioner or EYFS level 3 TA qualification required.

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a small village school outside Honiton.

This opportunity if full-time with the opportunity to become a permanent role for the right educator.

This East Devon based school are looking for an EYFS specialist to demonstrates kindness, compassion, honesty, acceptance, and forgiveness. This school's values and attitudes are formed and every individual is celebrated as unique. 

As a Lvl 3 EYFS Teaching assistant you will:

• Keep the pupils engaged and on task in class
• Provide support to the class teacher with delivery of the lessons and constructive feedback where appropriate
• Help pupils one to one and in small groups
• Deal with challenging behaviour with a calm and professional approach
• Be sociable and have strong communication skills
• Willing to adopt responsibilities to help with the day to day running of the school
• Work with children aged from 1-11 years old

Having experience working with SEND pupils will be beneficial.
