Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting EYFS and KS1 teachers for our client school in North Yorkshire in order to meet their ever increasing demands. Situated along the outskirts of York, the school is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Teachers who can support them on a temporary basis for short and longer term periods. The school has recently renovated and has a brand new building. Graded 'Good' in it's recent Ofsted inspection, the school prides itself on its new vision, which has seen the implementation of open-planned classrooms and mixed age classes to generate a creative curriculum and supportive environment.

The Role …

The suitable candidate will be a Primary trained Teacher with experience teaching across EYFS and KS1. NQT's are also encouraged to apply.

You will confident in your approach to EYFS and KS1 assessments and observations, as well as able to support KS1 phonics screenings and Year 2 SATS preparation. Ideally, you will be an EYFS/KS1 specialist with the drive to provide a creative and engaging classroom environment. Across the Early Years and Key Stage One classes, certain classes will be taught in mixed-aged groups and, so, you must be able to differentiate your teaching style when necessary and adapt accordingly.
