Position: English Tutor (GCSE Level)
Location: Flexible – work remotely or face-to-face.
Your Role Will Include:
- Tailoring lessons to meet individual learning goals in English Language and Literature.
- Helping students understand key texts, improve analytical skills, and master exam techniques.
- Using creative, accessible teaching methods to make English engaging.
- Providing clear progress updates to parents and schools.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience teaching or tutoring English at secondary level.
- Strong communication skills and a love for language and literature.
- A patient, encouraging approach that builds student confidence.
- A degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
