English teaching job - Maternity cover September 2019

This English teaching job is a maternity cover which will start in September 2019 and will be a 1 year contract. Due to its rapid growth, there are lots of opportunities at this school, especially for the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will:

• Have QTS
• Be a passionate and motivating English teacher. Experienced in teaching key stage 3 and key stage 4, key stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential
• Manage a class of students and have excellent behaviour management - strong relationship building is also very important
• Work in collaboration with an established, supportive and friendly English department
• Plan, prepare and mark students lessons and work and also attend events such as parents evening
