English Teacher - Rotherham

English teaching role in Rotherham to start ASAP

Earn up to £155 per day dependent upon experience

Potential of a permanent position in September 2019

Due to an unexpected absence, our client school in South Rotherham has a need for a skilled English teacher to join them ASAP, initially on a temporary basis with a view to becoming a permanent member of staff.

- £110 - £155 per day on supply

- Full time English teacher post teaching 11-16

- Excellent leadership team in place for new starters

- Benefit from regular CPD and career opportunities

"We have a need for an English teacher ASAP to teach across Key Stage 3 and GCSE groups for the remainder of the academic year. We have expectancies of incoming teachers including planning and marking, along with contributing to the development of schemes of work. We are looking to appoint the successful English teacher directly after a successful temporary period"

Our client school is a well facilitated mixed secondary in Rotherham, bordering Doncaster with excellent public transport links (local rail station - 5 minute walk) and connection to the M1 & M18 motorways.

The incoming English teacher will join a large department with a history of delivering excellent results in attainment and progress across age and ability ranges.

The school require English teachers to have QTS (NQTs welcome to apply) and a relevant teaching based qualification in English and the ability to teach at GCSE.
