A good school in the Middlesbrough area is seeking to appoint an English teacher with a proven track record of pupil progress to join their devoted team of English staff from January 2020. Teacher Specification

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of delivering English Literature and/or English Language to KS4
• KS5 experience would be highly beneficial but not necessary
• The ability to differentiate lesson material and tailor learning to particular pupil needs
• A proven track record of improving attainment
• Suitable school-based references
• Have and up to date DBS with the Update Service/be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
• A willingness to undertake CPD and contribute to the wider school life
