English Teacher

Start date: September 2021

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to hire an English teacher on behalf of one of our client secondary schools in the Andover area, you will be required to start following the Easter break. If you are an experienced English teacher or a newly qualified teacher, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and who will bring passion to the role. They will also need to provide a high-quality teaching experience to encourage and nurture the student’s educational attainment. As an English teacher you will be required to teach English Language and English Literature up to KS4.

About the Role

• Be required to undertake teacher responsibility including planning, preparing lessons and marking.
• Be required to start on the 19/04/2021
• Hold QTS/NQT status in the UK or have equivalent qualifications.
• Permanent, Full-Time post - MPS/UPS.
• Have experience teaching English Language and Literature at a KS5 level.
• Have or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Residing in the UK or have a UK address you are moving to in the near future to comply with the DBS requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
