Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant

Position Details:
- Role: Teaching Assistant
- Location: Audenshaw
- Contract: Full-time
- Salary: £385 - £485 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant at our school, you will:
- Support underachieving students and those with SEN/SEMH, helping them reach their full potential.
- Work closely with teachers to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the classroom.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
- Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- A patient and empathetic nature, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
