We are recruiting a motivated and passionate English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Tenterden. The school has a strong academic focus and a commitment to helping every student achieve their full potential.

You will be part of an experienced and collaborative English department that values high expectations, inclusive teaching, and a love of literature and language. The role involves teaching across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities for additional responsibility for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS

• Have experience or strong potential teaching English at secondary level

• Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
