English Teacher – New Romney, Kent

Location: New Romney, Kent
Salary: £31,000 – £51,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive school in New Romney in their search for an English Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about literacy and committed to delivering engaging lessons that inspire students.

The role involves teaching English across KS3 and KS4, with a strong emphasis on supporting students of varying abilities and backgrounds. The school offers a nurturing environment with a focus on professional development and staff wellbeing.

Essential criteria:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging English lessons

  • Commitment to inclusive education and high expectations

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
