Job description

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of readers and writers? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our thriving English department this September.

Our school is a dynamic, forward-thinking secondary situated in the heart of Oldham. We place literacy at the centre of our curriculum and are committed to nurturing confident, articulate students. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of teachers and benefit from strong CPD and leadership pathways.

We’re looking for:

  • A qualified teacher (ECTs welcome) with a specialism in English

  • A passion for inclusive and engaging teaching

  • A commitment to raising aspirations and achievement for all

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
