About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher of English and/or Drama to join our vibrant team in September 2025. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students of all abilities to achieve their potential. A potential Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) is available for the right candidate, offering the opportunity to work closely with colleagues to develop teaching strategies, contribute to curriculum design, and support professional development through deliberate practice and coaching.

You’ll bring enthusiasm, subject expertise, and a commitment to educational excellence. You’ll model the values and ethos of our school and trust and play an active role in shaping the learning experiences of our students.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A good honours degree in a relevant subject
  • Experience teaching English and/or Drama at KS3 and KS4
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to inclusive and aspirational teaching
