The successful candidate will:

Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have a strong subject knowledge of English Literature and Language across KS3 and KS4

Be passionate about inspiring students and fostering a love of English

Have excellent classroom management and communication skills

Be a positive team player who contributes to whole-school life
