About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking passionate and dedicated English Teachers to join our partner secondary schools across South West London. Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator, we have opportunities to suit your career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons (KS3-KS5, depending on school needs).

• Plan, mark, and assess students' work in line with curriculum standards.

• Foster a positive learning environment that supports student progress.

• Collaborate with departmental staff to enhance the English curriculum.

• Participate in school activities, parent meetings, and CPD opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome).

• Strong knowledge of the UK English curriculum (GCSE/A-Level experience desirable).

• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
