Job description

Are you an English graduate passionate about making a real difference in students’ lives?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in Rochdale for a motivated Support Assistant to provide vital learning support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver focused 1:1 and small group support to boost student literacy and confidence

  • Assist with targeted tuition and classroom support activities

  • Collaborate closely with teaching staff and teaching assistants to help students succeed


Who We’re Looking For:

  • An English graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in education

  • Someone who’s reliable, flexible, and great at building rapport with students

  • Experience working with young learners is a bonus but not essential
