Job description

Empower Every Learner – Join TP Tutors and Support Students with SEN

The countdown to GCSEs and A-levels is on, and students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) deserve tutors who believe in their potential and support them every step of the way. At TP Tutors, we’re on a mission to provide tailored, impactful learning experiences — and we need compassionate, skilled educators like you.

Do you have a talent for breaking down barriers to learning? Whether it’s ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or SEMH needs, your expertise could change a student’s life.

Why Join the TP Tutors SEN Team?

  • £25 per hour starting rate

  • Flexible working options – remote or face-to-face, on your terms

  • Specialist training – gain access to CPD courses tailored to SEN teaching

  • ❤️ Real impact – build confidence, spark motivation, and see visible progress

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups – giving every student the focused support they deserve

We're looking for tutors with patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual learning styles. Experience with EHCPs or a background in SEN is a plus — but heart and dedication matter most.

This is more than a tutoring job — it's a chance to truly change lives.

Apply today and help us create brighter futures for students with SEN in 2025 and beyond.
