About the Job
The role of an Education Recruitment Consultant has many different facets. As a 360 Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and selling a candidate to a client, as being their consistent pillar of support throughout their employment period with Teaching Personnel.

About Teaching Personnel’s Cardiff Office
“Team based commission” is not where the team-focused environment ends. Within Teaching Personnel’s Cardiff office, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, productive, and collaborative environment. Whilst the first few months of any new role can present a wide range of challenges, this is made a lot easier here with the consistent and knowledgeable support of your experienced colleagues.
There is very much an ‘open door’ policy within the office, with Trainee Recruitment Consultants having early and consistent exposure to Directors and the Senior Management Team. This exposure certifies that every member of the team is approachable and available to offer their support throughout each individual’s career!
Within the Cardiff Office, there are currently 27 of us, with all but 1 of us starting out as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you really would be joining a successful environment that prides itself on progression!
Teaching Personnel have recently introduced a Market Leading Benefits system. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
