Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a highly motivated and hardworking EYFS Teaching Assistant to work full time, starting February 2020. You would be joining a fantastic Primary School based in Normanton. You would be an integral part of this team and would be contributing to the development of these young minds!
This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Teaching Assistant with a history of working with EYFS. The ideal candidate would also have a solid understanding of the EYFS/KS1 curriculum, a hardworking attitude to all aspects of works and the ability to make learning engaging and fun.

It is essential that you have:
- A positive, caring, energetic, can-do attitude
- An understanding of safeguarding children
- A genuine interest in aiding children’s development
- Previous experience working in schools
- Enhanced DBS
Duties include:
- 1:1 support with a pupils or small groups
- Supporting the whole class
- Assisting the class teacher
- Communicating with parents
- Caring and looking after children during break times and lunch times
- Supervising children during activities
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Motivating children and being an excellent role model
Job Details
- Hours 8:30- 3:30 Monday to Friday
- Working in an EYFS Class
- Parking Onsite
