2 Early Years Teaching Assistants Required for full time posts starting ASAP 

- EYFS Teaching Assistant Experience is essential 

- Applicants must hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent 

- Temporary posts with the opportunity to go permanent at the end of the year 

A Primary School in Rusholme, Manchester (M14) are seeking 2 Early Years Teaching Assistants for full time positions starting ASAP. The school are looking for 2 experienced candidates who will work alongside other early years professionals to enhance the learning experiences for the early learners with in the school. Experience is essential for this post as the successful Teaching Assistants will be expected to monitor and assess learning in line with the Early Years frameworks, as well as planning actitivies that are age and ability appropriate. 

The successful applicants will also be expected to work with children on a 1:1 and small group basis to deliver phonics, English and Maths sessions. As the school has high levels of EAL and SEN, the selected post holders will work closely with children with identified needs to help them thrive. 

Both roles are full time and will start ASAP or as soon as all the necessary vetting checks have been completed. The roles will run with the full academic year on a temporary basis with a view to the school offering permanent contracts in September 2021. 

To be considered for this role, you will have EYFS experience, will hold a Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent and will be looking for work on a full time basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
