Early Years Teaching Assistant

Due to a large in take of children in the EYFS, a two form entry Primary school in Manchester are looking to employ a teaching assistant who has experience of working with children that require support with their communication and language skills.
The school has a large percentage of children on the SEN register and many children start school below national average in terms of their learning development. Therefore the school requires a member of staff to work along the Literacy co-ordinator and SENCO to help implement strategies to raise attainment for children in EYFS and KS1 with language difficulties.
The school is part of an academy trust and have recently obtained good with outstanding features in their OFSTED. The school prides itself on the fantastic reputation it has built for the work it does with the community and the end of KS1 results.
