We’re looking for a caring, creative, and confident Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming Early Years setting in BS3, Bristol.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Early Years team to deliver fun, play-based learning and exploration

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support, encouraging language, social, and emotional development

• Assisting with daily routines – from creative play to snack time and outdoor adventures

• Promoting independence, kindness, and a love of learning in every child

‍ About You

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential)

• Experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery or primary school setting

• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners

• Team player with great communication skills and a genuine love for Early Years education
