We’re looking for a caring, creative, and confident Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Practitioner to join a warm and welcoming Early Years setting in BS3, Bristol.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the Early Years team to deliver fun, play-based learning and exploration

Providing 1:1 and small-group support, encouraging language, social, and emotional development

Assisting with daily routines – from creative play to snack time and outdoor adventures
-
Promoting independence, kindness, and a love of learning in every child

About You
-
Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential)

Experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery or primary school setting
-
A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners
-
Team player with great communication skills and a genuine love for Early Years education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
