Early Years Class Teacher – Poole
Full-time | Immediate Start
About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for an Early Years Class Teacher to cover maternity leave in a specialist school in Poole.
This is a full-time role starting in October 2025, with interviews to be confirmed. The post offers the chance to make a real difference to children with a wide range of special educational needs, including those with severe and complex learning difficulties.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Experience in Early Years and working with pupils with diverse learning needs, or a strong passion for this field.

High levels of motivation and commitment to raising standards.

Strong subject and curriculum knowledge.

The ability to use specialised communication techniques to support children with complex needs.

Creativity, resilience and enthusiasm, with high expectations of themselves and others.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
