Your Role
As our Early Years Teacher, you will take the lead in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum with energy, creativity, and care. In this role, you will:

Design and implement engaging, inclusive learning activities that cater to each child’s individual needs and interests

Observe, assess, and support children’s progress, helping them achieve their full potential
-
Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, fostering collaboration, growth, and high standards
-
Build strong relationships with families, providing guidance and support to enhance each child’s learning and wellbeing
-
Ensure a nurturing, safe, and fun environment where children feel confident to explore and express themselves
Who We’re Looking For
We want a passionate, energetic professional who:
-
Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent early years teaching qualification
-
Has hands-on experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage with children aged 2–5
-
Is committed to play-based learning and child development
-
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

Brings warmth, approachability, and enthusiasm to the classroom

Safeguarding & Important Information

Pay includes 12.07% statutory holiday entitlement. This is a temporary role, with the potential for permanent opportunities.
