Your Role

As our Early Years Teacher, you will take the lead in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum with energy, creativity, and care. In this role, you will:

• Design and implement engaging, inclusive learning activities that cater to each child’s individual needs and interests

• Observe, assess, and support children’s progress, helping them achieve their full potential

• Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, fostering collaboration, growth, and high standards

• Build strong relationships with families, providing guidance and support to enhance each child’s learning and wellbeing

• Ensure a nurturing, safe, and fun environment where children feel confident to explore and express themselves

Who We’re Looking For

We want a passionate, energetic professional who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent early years teaching qualification

• Has hands-on experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage with children aged 2–5

• Is committed to play-based learning and child development

• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills

• Brings warmth, approachability, and enthusiasm to the classroom
