EYFS TEACHER REQUIRED IN BLACKPOOL (FY1)

The successful candidate will be capable of:
- Planning and delivering engaging and innovative lessons of an excellent standard, derived from a sound knowledge of the national curriculum and phonics schemes.
- Addressing gaps in learning due to school closures and aid the children in their reintegration to school life.
- Consistently implementing the school’s strong behavioural strategy with confidence as to enforce high standards towards learning and the classroom environment.
- Establishing positive and trusting relationships with the students and to create a positive learning attitude.
Requirements:
- A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a difference in children’s lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility and a commitment to continuous professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
