Early Years Specialist TA required

Teaching Personnel have a very popular school in Poole interested in a full-time early years specialist for a Nursery class.The Class has no statemented children and is comprised of about 30 pupils. The successful candidate will be expected to work longer-than-usual hours: 09h00 - 17h00 but the pay will be commensurate with the extra time spent at the school.

The schools is consistently rated 'Outstanding' and ranks among the best primary schools in the United Kingdom. The school is looking for a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join the Early Years Team as soon as the right candidate is identified. The right candidate will have (all of the following are essentials):

- a thorough, clear and demonstrable understanding of the Early Years Curriculum
- an NVQ Level 3
- a university degree in any discipline (second class minimum)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
