Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Permanent, Term-Time Only
Day Rate: £140 - £160 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are looking for a talented EYFS practitioner to join our nursery team in the heart of Northampton from September 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Inspire young minds through engaging, playful learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Be a key person who builds warm, trusted relationships with children and their families.
- Create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and included.
- Support children with additional needs, helping them thrive through tailored care and encouragement.
- Contribute to vibrant planning and assessment, capturing children’s development in meaningful ways.
- Grow with us, taking part in team collaboration, training, and exciting school-wide opportunities.
Requirements:
- Relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Good basic education (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
- Effective communication skills and a kind, enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to use initiative and work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
