A lovely nursery in Jesmond is looking for two passionate CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role with the potential to become permanent, working within a supportive and nurturing environment that values high-quality childcare and early education.

Position: Full-time CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioners
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
About the Role:

Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5 years
-
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
-
Create a warm, stimulating environment where every child can thrive
-
Support daily routines including play, meals, hygiene, and rest
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with families
-
Maintain a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s well-being
What We’re Looking For:
-
CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
-
Paediatric First Aid certificate – preferred, but not essential (must be willing to obtain)
-
Experience working within a nursery or childcare setting
-
A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s development
-
Strong understanding of the EYFS and early years best practice
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
