Early Years/Nursery Assistant - Looking for Immediate Starts Next Termerm!

Location: Kettering & Surrounding Areas
Pay: Competitive | Full-time

We’re looking for a caring, energetic Early Years/Nursery Assistant to support young children in a warm, nurturing early years setting. If you love helping little ones learn through play, build confidence, and reach their milestones, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Day-to-Day:

Support children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
Help create fun, engaging, play-based learning activities
Encourage social, emotional, and physical development
Support children with routines, personal care, and transitions
Work closely with nursery practitioners, room leaders, and parents
Be a positive, reassuring presence throughout the day

You’ll Need:

Experience working with young children (nursery or early years setting preferred)
A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
