Teaching Personnel is actively supporting schools in the Gainsborough area for the upcoming Spring Term. We are looking for talented teachers to step in and support local primary schools with short-term and long-term staff absences.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality teaching and follow school plans where provided.
• Step into the role of the regular teacher by covering classes, managing registers, attending assemblies, and maintaining school rules.
• Support the creation of a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with school staff, including support teams, to ensure effective teaching.
• Mark pupils' work and contribute to their academic progress.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Experience: Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with statutory assessments.
• Flexibility: A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
