Teaching Personnel are recruiting ECTs to work in Primary Schools across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde in the new academic year, starting in September 2025. Due to an increase in demand and requests from client schools, we are looking for dedicated ECTs who are looking to work in local primary schools delivering ‘outstanding’ teaching and learning opportunities to primary aged learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
