We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to work within supportive schools that are committed to high-quality teaching and professional development. Roles are available across EYFS and Primary settings, depending on your specialism and preferences.

• Location: Exeter, Devon

• Start Date: ASAP 

• Role Type: Full-time / Part-time 

• Pay: £23,400–£31,200 per annum (dependent on role and experience)

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum

• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND

• Work collaboratively with mentors, colleagues, and support staff

• Uphold safeguarding and school policies

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification

• ECTs or recently qualified teachers encouraged to apply

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• A reflective and proactive approach to professional development
