About the Role

We are seeking a committed and motivated Year 4 Teacher to work full time, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that help pupils build strong foundations in their learning and confidence as they progress through Key Stage 2.

• Contract: Full Time

• Pay: M1–M6 DOE (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver well-planned, engaging Year 4 lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development

• Assess learning and adapt teaching to meet a range of needs

• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Promote safeguarding and uphold child welfare at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)

• Good understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 4

• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

• A positive, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach to teaching
