Drama Teacher – Secondary – September 2025 – Northampton

Do you have a flair for the performing arts and a passion for teaching? Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit inspirational Drama Teachers for exciting opportunities in secondary schools across Northampton starting in September 2025.

We are seeking confident and creative teachers to fill both long-term positions with full teaching duties and short-term Drama cover roles for day-to-day or weekly supply. Whether you're an experienced teacher, a qualified NQT/ECT, or even a retired teacher looking to return part-time, we’d love to speak with you.

Long-term roles involve delivering an exciting Drama curriculum to Key Stages 3 and 4, potentially KS5, directing school productions, preparing students for assessments, and being part of a passionate performing arts faculty. For short-term cover roles, you’ll deliver pre-set material while managing the classroom and encouraging participation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
