Design Technology Teacher

Governors at a school in Blackburn are seeking a Design Technology Teacher in the new academic year. Due to a last minute change in staffing the school are seeking to appoint someone for the Autumn term. When returning in September there will be an evaluation of staffing, the expectation is that there will be a permanent position made available.
The school is an OFSTED "Good" School, Staff who have worked in school consistently give excellent feedback regarding the motivation of pupils and the staff atmosphere. There is a large technology department which delivers up to KS5. The new addition to the team would be expected to deliver Design Technology up to GCSE level.
Candidates considering this role should:
- Hold QTS
- Have a degree in a Technology related subject or extensive relevant experience
- Be available full time in the Autumn term
