Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Northamptonshire who are seeking a passionate Art & Design Technology Teacher to join their team from January 2026 through to Easter.
This is an excellent opportunity to inspire creativity across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging Art and DT lessons that encourage innovation, skill development, and independent thinking.
The Role

Full-time teaching of Art and Design Technology
-
Planning and delivering high-quality, creative lessons
-
Supporting students across KS3–KS4

Contributing to the wider Art & DT faculty
-
Working collaboratively with a supportive school team

The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

Experience delivering Art and/or Design Technology in secondary schools

Strong classroom management and organisational skills

A passion for inspiring creativity and fostering practical skills
-
Willingness to engage fully in school life
