Design & Technology Teacher

Are you a skilled and passionate Design & Technology Teacher eager to inspire creativity and practical skills in secondary students? We are looking for a motivated DT teacher to join a vibrant school community in Heywood starting this autumn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging DT lessons across the curriculum

• Develop students’ skills in design, manufacturing, and problem-solving

• Support students’ progress through practical and theoretical learning

• Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment

• Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the overall educational experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified DT Teacher with QTS or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of Design & Technology and related disciplines

• Creative and effective teaching methods

• Passion for inspiring young learners and nurturing their talents

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
