Contract Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 + SEN Allowance

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic Design and Technology lessons tailored to individual student abilities
- Facilitate the development of practical skills and creativity
- Collaborate closely with SEN support teams and therapists to ensure holistic educational support
- Cultivate a positive, secure, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Design Technology
- Experience working with SEN students, preferably in an SEMH environment
- Effective classroom management skills with a nurturing teaching approach
- Passion for inclusive education and student achievement
