Teaching Personnel are the leading education agency and have built excellent relationships with a number of schools based in East Anglia, who are looking to appoint Graduates from September 2019 and enrol them onto our Future Teachers Programme.

This specialist programme has been designed to support aspiring teachers in fulfilling their potential, without the additional teacher training costs. We encourage all graduates to join the future teacher's programme, to gain practical classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor. A perfect opportunity to test your suitability to the profession, before committing to initial teacher training.

Future Teachers offers:

• Voluntary Online Learning - You will have access to our CPD academy, including six free support packs with content aligned to Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework. This is not mandatory in order to complete the future teachers programme, but would be useful with your professional and personal development. The specially-developed packs include useful documents and resources to support your role, reading materials and a badge upon completion of each pack!
• A placement within a school for a minimum of one-term
• Great rates of pay
• A mentor at the school, to support you through the programme as well as our specialist consultants here at Teaching Personnel
• The opportunity to plan lessons, shadow and observe teachers
• Work in large classes, small groups and 1:1

To join Future Teachers, experience working in schools is ideal but not essential. Although, you will need to demonstrate your ability to build relationships, manage behaviour and work well under pressure.
