Deputy Headteacher | BS3, Bristol | Full Time Permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We're working with a primary school in Bristol's BS3 area who are looking for an experienced Deputy Headteacher to join their senior leadership team and support the school through an exciting period of development.
The role:
- Full time Deputy Headteacher position
- Work closely with the Headteacher to drive school improvement
- Lead and inspire both staff and pupils
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school
- Support teaching and learning across the school
You'll need:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Headteacher or in a similar senior leadership role
- The ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving improvement
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, parents and the wider community
- A passion for raising standards and achieving the best outcomes for pupils
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
