With four consultants working across the Lancashire area, the Preston Primary team have enough man power in order to source work on a daily basis.

There are a number of work opportunities available particularly in the New Year which will involve 'on the morning' and 'pre-booked' supply work. This type of work tends to get busier and busier throughout each week and as Teaching Personnel are working with a large number of schools across Lancashire, it is important that we constantly recruit good quality, flexible teaching staff.

If you are going to undertake any supply work with Teaching Personnel you will require;

Qualified Teacher Status

Experience of working recently in schools (with referees who can be approached)

The flexibility to work in a variety of classes across all Key Stages.

Strong behaviour management and good classroom control

Good availability in the week

Providing you have an up to date DBS and relevant teaching references, the registration process with Teaching Personnel is usually smooth. This can be completed between 1-7 working days.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
