Creative behaviour support staff member:
Are you looking for day to day work?
Are you currently studying and want to earn whilst you learn?
Are you a caring and compassionate person who likes working with children?
Teaching Personnel have a number of SEN schools in the Wycombe area and from time to time need support assistants, behaviour buddies, and creative people to help support the students within SEN classroom settings.
My school in High Wycombe regularly need support staff and they are a very creative learning school, they cater for children with Autism and Social Emotional and Mental Health. The school maximises the schools rural environment and help pupils to engage in a variety of educational activities which help support their learning. Their aim is to develop self-esteem and confidence in our students, thus helping to further support academic achievements.
Personal qualities required:
- A good listener and sensitivity to pupils needs
- A sense of responsibility
- Positive behaviour management
- A good sense of humour
- Creative and fun attitude
