Covid Test Assistants – Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire Secondary Schools
As a result of the roll out of mass Covid testing in schools, schools throughout Lincolnshire AND North West Lincolnshire are now seeking reliable and flexible Covid Test Assistants to promote the smooth running of the programme.
The role will involve supervising students as they self-administer Covid tests and providing support and guidance where needed.
You will complete a wide range of general daily tasks such as cleaning, handing out and collecting self testing kits, and ensuring that the site is set up efficiently for all students for the day.
You will also be responsible for the disposal of medical and biohazard waste. Training and PPE will be provided.

Successful applicants for the role of Covid Test Assistant will have:
• A conscientious and professional approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, with both adults and children
• A strong understanding of Covid safety measures
• A current DBS certificate, or the willingness to apply for one with Teaching Personnel
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
