Join a Network of Experienced Educators Supporting Primary Schools Across South East London

Are you an experienced Cover Teacher seeking flexible, fulfilling work without the pressure of planning or marking? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a range of primary schools across South East London—including Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark and Bexley—to provide reliable and skilled cover when it's needed most.

This temporary role is ideal for confident Cover Teachers who are ready to step into classrooms and deliver engaging lessons already prepared by the school. You’ll be expected to manage classroom behaviour effectively and support pupils' learning, alongside carrying out additional duties appropriate to the role.

We’re looking for Cover Teachers who can adapt quickly to different settings, maintain a positive learning environment, and uphold school expectations.

Teaching Assistants with HLTA status or equivalent experience will also be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
