Cover supply teachers needed
Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a number of secondary schools in Luton and Bedfordshire who express a frequent demand for supply and cover teachers. This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody wanting to begin a career in teaching and gain some classroom experience. Alternatively, this is also a unique opportunity for those whose circumstances do not allow them to take on a full time role in teaching. As an agency we allow you to manage your own diary and work as flexibly and freely as you like. Cover supply teachers are not required to prepare and mark their own work, however will be expected to have the following qualities
- Educated to at least degree level with significant subject knowledge
- A strong classroom presence and the ability to manage behaviour
- Experience of working with young people
- Safeguarding training
- Wising to pursue a career in education
- Dedicated, motivated and hard working individuals
- Be willing to travel across Bedfordshire and Luton
