Teaching Personnel is currently in partnership with a number of schools in the Salisbury area who have placed an increasing demand on hiring Cover Supervisors and Graduates interested in training as a teacher, on both full-time and part-time basis. If you are working towards a career in teaching, or wish to gain some classroom experience alongside other commitments, then working with us will be highly beneficial to you. Also, if you are seeking PAID teacher training, we offer a Future Teachers Programme where you can train as a teacher whilst working!

Though candidates should ideally have prior experience working with young people-for example through tuition or support work-we are happy to consider individuals who show keen interest in the field through other means.

OVERVIEW

  • Full and part-time Cover Supervisors required
  • Providing pupils with additional support in small groups and/or on a 1:1 basis as well as covering classes of 25-30 using the supply work provided
  • No planning, marking or specialist subject knowledge required.
