Teaching Personnel work alongside the majority of Secondary Schools in Sevenoaks, providing Cover Supervisors throughout the academic year. A Cover Supervisor role is perfect for individuals whose circumstances can change on a daily basis and therefore, require flexible work. This position is also perfect for candidates who are looking for flexible work alongside another role or current course.

• Part-time roles available across several Secondary Schools in Sevenoaks from September 2019.
• Day-to-day flexible work also available.
• Earn up to £350 per week, depending on your experience.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons to cover a teacher's absence.
• Experience of any similar positions or transferrable skills is desirable.
• Facilitate learning across varying levels of ability within specific subjects.
• Gain invaluable experience towards teaching training applications.

Working as a Cover Supervisor in our client schools, your roles and responsibilities may include:

• Covering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
• Covering a range of classes in different subject areas with a range of pupils varying in ages (11-16) and ability.
• Assessing and evaluating pupils' progress in the absence of the teacher and being able to report this back efficiently for their return.
• Managing behaviour and ensuring tasks are completed by pupils.
• Working alongside senior teachers to improve attainment across a range of abilities.
