Cover Supervisors – Hertfordshire

We’re recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Hertfordshire area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment by:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absence

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring pupils stay on task

  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies

  • Supporting students to make progress in their learning

This is an excellent opportunity if you’re:

  • Experienced in working with young people in an educational, coaching, or youth work setting

  • Confident, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
